This art work features caricatures of the holy trio of the 1980's pop art scene Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, and Jean Michel Basquiat.
It is a rarity that all 3 characters are found on a single piece of art (no other artwork has all 3). Keith Haring formed a strong bond with Ala when he visited his studio in the early 1980's and in June of 1984. Haring had a solo exhibition in Milan with Salvatore. The pair remained close friends throughout Haring’s Life time.
Original art of a Keith Haring self portrait , Andy Mouse ( Andy Warhol portrait ), Crawling baby (radiant child is Jean Michel Basquiat), Barking dog, Luna character (moon profile same as on the life size Carousel see photo), Alien Rocket ship (same as on the life size Carousel see photo ), Flying Saucer and Smiley face Star character, Luna Luna hand lettering with stars and dollar signs.
